Manufactured from fully TIG welded aluminium and finished in a durable black powder coat, the system offers a strong yet lightweight construction that is built to handle demanding travel conditions while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

Installation

Installation is straightforward and requires a single hole to be drilled. Instructions are included to guide you through the fitting process.

This system requires 180° rear door hinges to be fitted. Genuine VW hinges are available and can be purchased at a discounted rate when bought alongside a carrier.

Rear door gas struts are also recommended when installing this product and are available at a discounted price when purchased together.
