As our products are meticulously fabricated to your specifications, please review our returns policy outlined below:
Returns Policy Overview:
- No Returns: Considering the personalised nature of our welded and fabricated products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item has sustained damage during transit or manufacturers defects.
Damaged Products in Transit:
- Contact Us for Assistance: In the rare event that your order arrives with damages incurred during transit, we kindly request that you contact us immediately via email at sales@colehillcustoms.co.uk. Please include your order details along with clear photographic evidence depicting the damage.
Return Procedure for Damaged Items:

Contact Prior to Return: Customers must initiate contact with Colehill Customs via the provided email address to request a return due to transit-related damage. An accepted return request is necessary before proceeding with the return process.
Assessment and Acceptance: Upon receiving your email and assessing the provided evidence of damage, we will evaluate the situation and provide instructions if the damage qualifies for a return.
Return Shipping: If a return is accepted, detailed instructions on the safe return shipment will be provided. Please refrain from sending any products back without receiving an accepted return request from Colehill Customs.
Refund or Replacement: Depending on the circumstances, we will either issue a refund for the damaged item or initiate the creation and dispatch of a replacement as swiftly as possible.

Timely Notification: We kindly request customers to report any damage caused during transit within 12 hours of receiving the product. Failure to do so might impact the eligibility for a return or replacement.
Item Conditions: To expedite the return process, ensure the item remains unused and in its original packaging. Damaged items will be inspected upon return.
- Cancelling an Order before Delivery/Fitting: Due to the nature of our business, and every product being made-to-order, there is a 7 day cooling off period in which to cancel. Requests made after this period maybe rejected, or face penalty. Refunds can take up to 14 business days.
