Custom Roof Racks

Looking for a Roof Rack designed completely to your specifications? We offer a bespoke service for roof racks, with every element being influenced by you.

Roof Rack Process:

  • Step One: Quote

    To kickstart the process, you will completely a short form detailing the specifications you would like for the custom rack. This includes features such as: Wheel Base, Lighting Options, Solar Panels, Awnings, Optional Extras & Flooring.

    Once the quote has been approved, we take a £1,000 deposit (+50% of any other kit being fitted) to secure your fitting date.

  • Step Two: Design & Fabrication

    On the agreed date, your van will join us at our workshop in Dorset. You will also need to bring along any lights, solar panels, awnings or accessories that being fitted to the rack. These will be fitted to the rack, however will not be wired in.

    Vans will need to be with us for 10-15 business days whilst we build your custom rack - at this stage, we do not offer an option for the vans not to be on site with us.

  • Step Three: Collection

    Ahead of collection, the remaining balance will be due. From there, your van and it's new kit is ready to go home, and be taken on an adventure.

Design Ideas - Front:

  • This MWB Crafter was kitted out with:

    • Straight Front Bar
    • 6 x 7" Laser Spotlights

  • This Crafter was fitted with:

    • Straight Front Bar
    • No Front Lighting

  • This 4x4 Sprinter 907 was fitted with:

    • Curved Front Bar
    • Strand Curved Light Bar

Flooring:

  • Small Package

    Perfect option if you still want somewhere to stand to clean your roof, but are limited on space.

  • Medium Package

    The most popular option - allows enough walk way to aid loading & cleaning the roof.

  • Large Package

    Premium package, and more suitable for larger vans or vans with low solar panel coverage. Able to create a platform for sitting & enjoying views or loading & fastening kayaks.

Standard Extras:

  • Awnings

    Options to add 'Standard' awnings (such as Thule or Fiamma) or 270° awnings.

  • Solar Panels

    Option to add solar panel mounts to your rack - perfect for avoiding unneccessary holes being drilled into your van roof & for ease of replacing/cleaning.

  • Rear Lighting

    Great for extra visibility when loading your van in the dark.

Premium Extras:

  • Rear Loading Rollers

    Can be added to specifications to allow ease of loading kayaks, canoes, paddle boards or even ladders.

  • T-Track Cross Bars

    To be used with accessories such as Thule Kayak holders, or similar products. Provides secure loading & traveling options for your activity equipment.

  • Side Ladders

    Only available when purchasing a roof rack, our side ladders tie in to your rack, giving you the ultimate 'overlander'/swamper look.
