Product Overview

VW Crafter and MAN TGE vans are typically fitted with one of two hinge types from the factory: 180° hinges or 270° hinges. All Colehill Customs rear door carriers require a set of 180° hinges to ensure the carrier functions correctly and the door operates safely.

If your rear doors fold flat against the side of the van when opened, your vehicle is fitted with 270° hinges and these will need to be replaced with 180° hinges before installing a carrier.

The 180° hinge style is fixed on the door side and features two 14mm mounting holes. If your hinges match this design, you already have the correct hinges installed.

Each hinge set is finished in a textured satin black powder coat as standard, matching the finish used across Colehill Customs rear door accessories for a clean and consistent appearance.
